Rental Equipment Test Program

Your Company SHOULD SEND TEST EQUIPMENT TO THE MSAA TEST AREAS NOW - BECAUSE:
+ Because Your company will get publicity for participating in the test program. We can’t tell our members about the great products you produce if you don’t participate in the test program. The test program is designed to help us tell our ski areas that your company is participating in SARA-BP.
+ Because Our members rely more and more on the test results and you company needs to be included. Member ski area rental buyers look to our reports for guidance – if your products aren't listed there is no guidance.
+ Because your efforts have created products that already stand-up to our tough conditions and are very usable by our members – we just want to continue confirming this and reassure our members that this remains the case.
+ Because MSAA, and now SARA-BP, has proven that we respect your company and your products and want your participation. We won't jeopardize this with reports that are inflammatory or unsubstantiated - just facts based on use under typical conditions.
+ Because SARA-BP will report our test area's findings about your equipment to you as soon as problems (if any) begin to develop so you can understand what is happening and take appropriate action.

SO, HOW DO WE BEGIN THE TEST PROGRAM?
SARA-BP has two test ski area rental centers for the 2006 - 2007 season - Snow Trails, OH and Afton Alps, MN. Please send identical current and/or next year's rental offerings to each of these areas, ASAP. We prefer the products that our members will be buying in 2007 - but we understand that these products may not yet be available for test.
+ Get current products into test so your company is represented.
+ Send next season's offerings ASAP.
+ Send two of each adult products - a small size and a medium size product. NO long skis or huge boots – we want this to be used frequently.
+ Send two of each child's products - different sizes, please.
+ If you also want to send performance rentals they are welcome, too.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The following information spells out the terms and conditions, under which the test equipment submitted by the company representatives will be accepted into the SARA-BP Rental Equipment Test Program for the Ski Area Rentals and accessories Buying Program. Submitting equipment for SARA-BP test constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions:
FREIGHT: All freight for shipment of Test Equipment to the MSAA Test Areas will be PREPAID by the submitting supplier company.
PRICES: All prices will be invoiced to each test area at normal wholesale, less 50%.
TERMS: Two sets of terms apply to all submitted equipment for each of the two MSAA Test Areas. Each test area may choose either set of terms and let you know. All equipment will be invoiced at normal wholesale cost less 50%. At the end of the test season the test ski areas will have the option of A) returning the test equipment to the you, freight prepaid (accompanied with a return authorization from the submitting supplier) or,
B) Keeping the equipment and paying the invoices on April 1, 2007, at the rate of normal wholesale less 50%.

SUPPLIER SUPPORT: It will be your responsibility as a supplier to:
A) Have your factory representatives in communication with the test areas, and to pledge their continued reasonable support throughout the test period. They should visit the test areas as often as possible to make sure that the equipment is being used without problems.
B) Communicate to the SARA-BP Test Areas all information regarding: The mounting of bindings onto skis or snowboards, and their proper adjustment and use. (Be sure that the test areas have jigs, instructions, qualified staff, etc).
C) Supply, with the equipment, any information regarding the performance and suitability of their equipment to the Midwest rental environment.
Note: Throughout the Test Program season suppliers should notify each test area about, delivery, invoices, and all communications regarding Test Samples.
SARA-BP PREFERED DELIVERY DATE IS ASAP. YOUR EQUIPMENT SHOULD BE SHIPPED TO BOTH:
